Cranberry Balsamic Vinaigrette

If you’ve got a little leftover cranberry sauce it makes a wonderful vinaigrette.

3/4 cup salad oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup canned whole cranberry sauce

Combine all ingredients and process with a blender until smooth.

Makes about 1 cup
