Its not as decadent as it sounds, but boy,
is it good. This is a terrific holiday beverage, especially for
those wishing to forego the even more calorie- and alcohol-laden
eggnog.
For each cup you will need:
2 tablespoons
packed brown sugar
1 cup evaporated milk or whole
milk
Microwave Directions: Place brown sugar in the
bottom of a mug. Add milk and vanilla, then microwave on high for
about 1 1/2 minutes. Stir, and float butter on the top.
Stovetop Directions If you wish to make it on
the stove top, simply put the milk in a small saucepan over medium
heat. Cook until hot. Put sugar in the bottom of a mug, add milk
and vanilla, and stir. Float butter on top.
