Cumin Lime Mint Dressing:
1/3 cup bottled lime juice
1 tablespoon dried mint
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon salt
Combine dressing ingredients
and shake or blend well. Set
aside for a few minutes.

Tostadas:
3 crisp tostada shells (about
6 inches in diameter)
One 6-ounce can crab, drained
if desired
Torn or shredded iceberg lettuce
for 3
Cumin Lime Mint Dressing
Spoonful of sour cream, salsa,
sliced olives,
or
shredded cheddar garnish (optional)
Prepare tostada shells as package directs. Place 1/3 of the
crab on each of the three shells. Place small mounds of lettuce
on top of the crab. Drizzle approximately 2 tablespoons of
Cumin Lime Mint dressing on each. Garnish with a small dollop
of sour cream, salsa, cheddar, or olives if desired.
