New Potatoes
with Rosemary Herb Butter
When you dont have time to clean and boil
baby potatoes, this is a life-saver a cooked potato is pretty
much a cooked potato no matter where it hails from. This dish makes
a lovely side for lamb, beef, pork or chicken.
4 tablespoons butter
(1/2 stick)
1/2 teaspoon dried, crushed rosemary
leaves
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon salt (remember the potatoes
come with some salt)
Two 15-ounce cans whole potatoes,
not drained
Melt 4 tablespoons butter with rosemary. When
butter melts, add garlic powder and salt.
Heat potatoes in microwave or in small saucepan. Drain them and
then drizzle with melted rosemary herb butter. Toss gently to coat.
Spoon remaining herb butter over potatoes at serving time.
