No-Bake Chocolate
Pie
Good summer or winter, this pie comes together
in seconds. A word of caution: the whipped topping makes it very
rich. Use nonfat whipped topping to cut fat and calories if desired.
One 8-ounce container frozen whipped topping,
thawed
1/3 cup chocolate syrup
One ready-made graham cracker crust
In a medium mixing bowl, combine whipped topping
and syrup until completely blended. Pour into prepared crust and
smooth over. Cover and freeze for at least three hours before serving.
Serves 6
Note: Save the plastic insert from the pie crust
to invert and use as a handy cover.
