And check the label its quite low in calories. This
is a great way to get in those antioxidants any time of year. And
if you want to cut back on fat, just use lowfat or nonfat evaporated
milk.
One 15-ounce
can pumpkin
One 12-ounce can evaporated
milk
(or 1 1/2 cups whole milk)
1/2
cup cold water
2/3 cup sugar
Combine pumpkin, milk and water in a blender and
process until smooth. Add sugar and spices and process again until
well mixed. Add ice and process until smooth.
